The Beretta 92 (also known as the Beretta 96 and Beretta 98) is a series of semi-automatic pistols designed and manufactured by Beretta of Italy. The Model 92 was designed in 1972 but is still in production in different today in various calibers continues and until recently it used to be a standard issue in the US Army.
The Beretta 92 laser tag pistol is based on a factory deactivated pistol.
The laser tag’s optical system is integrated into the pistol and is limited by a special plug in the muzzle that reduces the diameter of the infrared signal spot and reduces the fire range to about 130 feet (40 meters), which is approximately the range of accurate fire from a combat counterpart.
The body of the laser tag pistol is made entirely of metal, so we can recommend this tagger for business rentals even in the harshest conditions. The grip pads are made of corrugated plastic. We can say from experience that they are mainly used as a secondary weapon for players who otherwise use heavy taggers as their primaries, such as sniper rifles or machine guns.
The gun is reloaded with a hammer, and activated with a lock located next to the charging socket.
The power port on the bottom of the grip is used to charge a 0.75 Ah battery. This battery allows the player to use the tagger in laser tag battles for up to 10 hours without interruption.
The length of the laser tag pistol is 8.3 inches (21 centimeters).
