Star Dragon (Ghost in the Shell)

This rifle is ready to blow away all combat and science fiction fans. This futuristic laser tag rifle is based on a Jing Gong airsoft gun called the Ika Zuchi or Middle Range Battle Weapon, which is used in the sci-fi universe of Appleseed: Ex Machina. In this universe, it's a Poseidon company weapon used by E-SWAT units and the Olympus Police Force.

The STAR Dragon rifle is a modified stubby version of the M4A1 with a futuristic furniture set. The set includes a built-in ergonomic rubber pistol grip and handguard, as well as a 3-position retractable buttstock with cheekrest.

The body of this futuristic laser tag rifle is made of metal and impact-resistant plastic, while the magazine is made of steel. The collapsible stock has three fixed positions and a soft rubberized cheek piece designed to be used on either side.

With the stock folded, the rifle is 28.3 inches (72 cm) long, and fully extended, it measures 31.5 in (80 cm), making it one of the shortest AR-15 platform-based rifles in our line. Reloading is done with a pull of the charging handle, like the classic M4 rifles.

The rifle has built-in sights consisting of a front and rear sight. The rear sight is a futuristic tagger carrying handle. The pistol grip also has an ergonomic shape that is not standard for the classic rifles. The grip's end has a socket for a 2,200 milliamp-hour battery, which can provide up to 36 hours of play time without recharging.

The bottom of the handguard is a molded tactical grip that connects to the lower receiver’s magazine well . This sniper rifle can be fitted with a standard laser tag optic, with a range of up to 820 feet (250 meters) in the Prism version and up to 300 meters in the Parallax assault version. Telescopic scopes can be mounted on the built-in RIS rail, but some futuristic parts may need to be removed to do so.

The tagger is activated by moving the fire mode selector to the full auto position. The selector can also be used to switch between fire modes (single shot or 3-shot short burst). The rifle weighs 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg).
