Colt M4-A1 «SKAT» Original Series

Laserwar’s product line has very few models based on airsoft guns that we could describe as ones that have gone through all the circles of rental hell, but this tagger is exactly one of them. We have been producing this laser tag gun since 2012, with a modification made in 2015 and have always recommended it for personal use. However, sales practice has shown that many laser tag business operators bought it for a “careful” rent and it withstood everything, especially since a significant part of its components are replaceable with airsoft guns, while the electronics can withstand literally everything.

Similar to the popular Colt M4-A3 CENTURION model, this laser tag rifle is turned of by switching the fire selector lever from “safe” to “full auto”, and reloading the gun has to be performed by pulling its charging handle

Although all this increased the number of moving parts, it did not greatly reduce the reliability of the tagger. At the same time, we even managed to strengthen the rest of the original airsoft parts. We applied additional welding on the muzzle of the weapon, and also significantly strengthened the buttstock, retaining its collapsibilty. It is adjustable in four positions, allowing it to be adjusted for players of any heights and length of arms. Thus, the total length of the M4 laser tag gun is adjusted from 33 to 36 in (84 cm to 92 cm) depending on the position of the collapsible stock. The overall weight of the gun is slightly more than that of the M4 Centurion and is 6.4 lb (approximately 2.9 kilograms).

As a front sight, the gun uses a standard issue for M4-M16 guns family square front site post , and as a rear sight, this kit uses a standard carry handle, which can be dismounted if desired. The Picatinny rail located under the handle can be used to install conventional rear sights, optical sights, collimator and other tactical equipment.

Like most of our M4-based laser tag guns, it has a 2,200 milliamp hour lithium battery inside, which provides up to 36 hours of operation on a single charge depending on the electronics generation.

The range of fire depends on the optical system used and reaches approximately 820 feet (about 250 meters) for the Prism system and approximately 1000 feet (300 meters) for assault rifles Parallax system (Parallax 2.0), and roughly 1300 feet (400) meters while using the Parallax system with narrower beam designed for sniper sets.
