The MP-40 is a submachine gun that was developed in Nazi Germany during World War II. It was first introduced in 1940 and saw extensive use by German troops throughout the war. The MP-40 features a folding stock and was designed to be a lightweight, compact weapon that could be used effectively in close-quarters combat, such as in urban environments. It was especially popular with paratroopers and other specialized units that needed a lightweight weapon that could be easily carried into battle.
It remains a popular firearm among collectors and enthusiasts today, thanks in part to its historical significance and iconic appearance.
This firearm is commonly referred to as the Schmeisser, named after the German gunsmith who created it. If we ignore the rifle's purpose and just focus on its design, it has the most refined barrel in the "Historical weapons" category. The Laser Tag MP-40 submachine gun is a member of the Steel Series, which means its body is all metal and can withstand hundreds of games.
The reloading system is implemented on the bolt frame, and the buttstock and bolt frame are the only moving parts of the model. Otherwise, we have a monolithic body that is incredibly reliable.
The pistol grip has a rifling and a sufficient angle of inclination. The trigger is stiff and retains the character of the era. While the standard sights require some skill, they are generally comfortable, and it will only take 1-2 games to get used to them. The model also comes with a sling mount for a tactical sling.
The Laser Tag MP-40 submachine gun contains a 2.2 Ah lithium-ion battery that can last for 36 hours without recharging. The charging socket is located in the pistol grip of the device.
When the Parallax system is selected, the maximum shooting range can reach up to 1,300 feet (about 400 meters), and with the Prism system, it can reach up to 820 feet (approximately 250 meters).
Unfortunately, this model cannot be equipped with an OLED display or recoil simulation technology. The on/off switch is realized by turning a key in a special lock.
