M82: «Size matters»
The Barrett M82 high-caliber rifle (manufactured by Barrett Firearms), which is in service with the US Army under the service number 107 is a .50 caliber anti-materiel sniper rifle. It is believed that hitting a bullet of this caliber will disable car engines, break through lightly armored targets or small walls. This rifle, known as the "Light Fifty", is currently in use in about 60 countries.
Our M82 laser tag sniper rifle is made from a steel airsoft body that is a quality replica of the original M82, so we have managed to keep the maximum authenticity for this laser tag rifle.
Reloading is done by moving the charging handle. It opens and closes with a pleasant click sound.
This is the heaviest tagger in our product line, since the weight of the M82 sniper laser tag gun is quite hefty at 13.2 lbs (6 kilograms), and the length is 63 inches (160 centimeters), carrying it with slings would not be convenient for everyone, so the tagger has a special carrying handle, like a real-life counterpart.
And since the rifle is mainly used in a stationary position, the handguard-mounted bipod is also comes in handy.
This laser tag sniper rifle has a Picatinny rail that is mounted on the top of the upper receiver and is used to mount the telescopic sights that a player using such a powerful weapon should need. Players and operators must keep in mind that this sniper rifle is clearly not intended for close combat. This is a niche product that comes with two types of laser tag optics. With a Prism system, the range will be up to 820 feet (250 meters), and with a Parallax optics with a narrow IR beam, the range will be up to 1,300 feet (400 meters).
The rifle has a standard 2.2 amp-hour battery for Laserwar taggers, allowing the owner to play for 36 hours. The operator can charge the sniper tag gun via the socket located on the buttstock.
We recommend this tagger for personal use.
