The AK74M is a modified version of the AK74 and differs from it in a folding plastic stock, as well as a handguard and its gas tube upper part, which are not made of wood, but of glass-filled polyamide, which is much more resistant to cracks, dynamic loads, aggressive environments, extreme temperatures and moisture.
This AK74M laser tag tagger, which is intended for both rental and for personal use, is based on a deactivated combat gun, and we tried to keep the maximum number of details from the combat gun to achieve maximum authenticity.
Reloading is accomplished by moving the charging handle, which returns with a metallic clang characteristic of all AK’s that cannot be confused with anything else.
The AK74M has no tactical body kit and looks just like it did at the end of the USSR: tough, durable and efficient. But if the player still needs to mount an optical or collimator sight on it, then they can use the special mount on the left side of the weapon by installing a special dovetail adapter on it.
The assault rifle is slightly longer than its later modification, the AK105. Its length is 41.7 inches (106 centimeters) with the buttstock unfolded and 32.3 inches (82 centimeters) with the buttstock folded. The weight is also 0.44 lb (200 grams) more than the AK105 and is 8.3 lb (3.75 kg).
A powerful battery with a capacity of 2,200 milliampere hours installed inside the tagger is sufficient enough for 36 hours of work, depending on the electronics generation, the use of online statistics and Feedback simulation.
This tagger is equipped with an external laser tag optic that is normally installed on all of our assault rifles. This optics has an impressive range, which is 820 feet (250 meters) on the Prism versions and up to 1,000 feet (300 meters) on the Parallax versions.
It should be noted that adding the OLED and Feedback options changes the design of the laser tag gun. With the addition of OLED, the stock folding mechanism is welded in place so it cannot be broken by the player. And when we add Feedback, we install a pistol grip from an airsoft AK.
If this model is too long for you or your customers, we offer you its shortened version AK105.
